Purpose of the role
The Telesales Executive is responsible to present the company products with integrity to customers within the UAE. Reporting to the Telesales Team Leader, S/he will handle the accounts of Kcal Meal Plans customers and provide them with efficient customer service.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Influence customers to buy the product by following a prepared script.
Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure
Document and update all activity through our CRM.
Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them.
Meeting daily and quarterly sales target through calling
Submit daily and monthly report of all activities done.
Serve as point of contact for customers and answer their service related queries in person and on the phone.
Professional Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with MS office knowledge
At least 2 years' experience in Telesales
Excellent communication skills in English
Excellent typing skills.

The Commis Chef will be responsible to provide assistance to Chef De Partie in carrying our preparatory work for creating dishes, stocking food supplies and maintaining high standards of hygiene.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Preparation and portioning of food on time and ensuring they meet quality and quantity standards.
Prepare food by accurately following the recipes provided.
Maintain the cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
Ensure freshness and suitability of products used by the section that they are stored properly.
Ensure smooth running of the section during Chef De Parties’ absences.
Control cost by minimizing spoilage, waste, proper storage and exercising strict portion control.
Follow the Basic Food Hygiene Guide Lines always.
Weigh the ingredients and using proper quantities in preparing food.
Assist the chefs in ensuring that the health and safety standards are upheld in the kitchen.
Professional Requirements
High School or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years full-time work experience; previous experience in F&B industry required.
Knowledge of food preparation in accordance with high quality standard.

Based in our Central Kitchen (Dubai Investment Park) and reporting to the Kitchen Stewarding in Charge, the Kitchen Stewarding Assistant is responsible to maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in a clean and sanitary manner by following the cleaning schedules and adhering to the HACCP standards and company policy & procedures.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.
Gather and empty trash.
Service, clean, and supply the Central Production Unit
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snowplows, snow blowers, and snow shovels, and spread snow melting chemicals.
Any other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Professional Requirements
High School/Equivalent
Basic knowledge and commitment to a safe work environment F&B Operation and HACCP Standards.
A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in similar role.
The Cashier cum Waiter/Waitress is under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager/in charge. S/he will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers in a very professional way.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Provide the customers with fast, friendly, courteous and efficient service.
Inform the customers of daily specials.
Escort customers to their tables.
Greet and take the orders from customers.

As our Videographer, you'll be at the heart of content creation, supporting the team to create high-quality video content across a range of formats and platforms. From fast-turnaround Reels to direct-response Meta Ads, you'll bring our brand to life visually. You'll be hands-on with lighting and filming and need to be comfortable working across multiple mediums (iPhone, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, etc.) and adapting your style to suit each channel.

Capture a high volume of engaging video content optimized for social-first platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Collaborate with the creative, social, and production teams to execute shoots

Shoot content using a variety of devices (from iPhone to professional camera gear)

The Junior System Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for network-related issues (LAN/WAN, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN).
Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining network devices.
Support end users with hardware/software issues.
Manage user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, O365).
Perform routine system checks and updates.
Maintain IT documentation, logs, and asset inventory.
Work closely with senior engineers on infrastructure tasks and upgrades.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux environments.
