- The Training Officer is responsible to support and train all restaurant BOH staff in efficient management and safe food preparation and all FOH staff in customer service and any FOH related tasks in their branch. He/she will develop and deliver training to all staff in branches ensuring that there is a culture of continuous learning and improvement in the branches. In addition, will be responsible for standardizing BOH and FOH operations in KCAL, updating SOP and controlling documents in branches.

- Induct and lead all Demi Chef De Partie/Kitchen-in-Charge/Commis 1 in order to ensure that they are receiving adequate support, training and resources to operate their branch at optimum level.
- Responsible for training the staff in the entire operations in all branches as advised by the respective HODs.
- To provide necessary training for BOH staff to improve the quality and hygiene of the food cycle from preparation through to delivery.
- To provide necessary training for FOH staff to improve the customer experience aligned with Kcal Sequence of Service.
- Motivate and lead employees to perform their roles to a high standard and in alignment to policies and procedures.
- Standardize operations across all branches.
- Create and maintain a skills grid for each restaurant employee.
- Carry out the periodical audit of all kitchens ensuring improvements required are acted on
- To train new kitchen helpers, cashiers and baristas and provide ongoing training as advised by the F&B Operations Manager/ Restaurant Manager.
المتطلبات المهنية
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma/ Equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (At least 1 year within the U.A.E)
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office
- U.A.E Driving license is advantageous, not essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills in English

- The Commis 3 Chef is responsible for cutting vegetables, preparing salads, sandwiches and provide assistance to the Demi Chef De Partie/Kitchen in-charge as and when need arises.

- Provide assistance to Kitchen In charge as and when required.

- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.
- Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas, using snowplows, snow blowers, and snow shovels, and spread snow melting chemicals.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.

- Perform plastering and cement works for repair and finishing
- Install and repair interlock paving / outdoor works
- Carry out gypsum ceiling installation and partition works
- Perform basic electrical works (light fittings, switches, minor troubleshooting)

- Attend maintenance complaints and complete tasks within deadlines

المتطلبات المهنية
- Diploma/Certificate/Equivalent (Good to have, not mandatory )
- At least 4 years of experience in similar role within the F&B industry or Facility Management
- Knowledge of methods, tools and equipment used in the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of pumps and other mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Good knowledge of all equipment used for maintenance and repair.
